Moving away from Mangalore

Today is my last day in Mangalore.

Arrival: 5.00 AM on November 1st 2006. The night was still set and the chill was giving us a cold welcome. We reached the Hotel at around 5.20 AM and I was wide awake expecting a totally crazy city welcome :).

Almost 4 years have passed now. Mangalore is one of those cities which I'd like to call as my Home.
The evergreen city with the crazy sob* bus drivers and the calming beaches and what not. The food here is nothing short of AWESOME, just a bit sweet sometimes :).

The road trips, the malls, the pubs, the nightlife (not that great but still good), the multiplex and the this list can go forever.

I made one of my best set of friends in Mangalore. I'm not close to tears, but I dunno when my emotional cap is gonna run all over me.

I'll miss this place till I come back here. The place where I bought my first car, the first drop of Alcohol, the best seafood, the first night show in the multiplex, the first big bang birthday party and so many other parties.

I'll say it again, I'll miss this place till I come back here :):).

Leaving the city at 4.00 PM Sept 24th 2010 with a heavy heart looking forward to my future.

Departure: Warm afternoon at 4.00 PM, with my best friends sending me off :'):'). I think I hit my emotional cap here.

And So it Begins!!!!!

I was just a bit a cross with myself for getting up so early, 4 AM is pushing it a bit too far for a Sunday if you ask me. I tweeted about it, made me feel good and then I realized I was not in any sort of groggy nature, I was wide awake, eyes peeled!!!!.

Watched a movie right in the morning, there was a bit of drizzle in Mangalore in the early hours of the day, the Sun was still down and my day looked better and better.

I finally realized that I didn’t wake up because I slept early, it was just pure instinct. I woke up at 4 AM, for I want to enjoy the whole day. Today is my last Sunday in Mangalore (for the time being, wrt the direct future)

My last Sunday begins!!!!!
